What is Mobuilder?
Mobuilder is designed to make the procurement of construction materials fast and easy. Whether you are a subcontractor looking for every day supplies or a builder looking to bid out a complete project - we've got you covered. Simply request bids using our intuitive bid request system, and receive multiple bids with your specifications and deadlines in mind.
How it Works
Contractors select a location, deadline, and choose the types of suppliers they want to contact. Then, contractors can provide request details by uploading plans, spec sheets, or entering details directly into the bid request.
Once submitted, suppliers review the bid request, submit their bid amount, and add relative details to their response. Both contractors and suppliers can contact each other with questions or concerns via instant message.
Lastly, contractors select the best bid to suit their needs, and Mobuilder automatically notifies the supplier.
For Contractors & Builders
Submitting bid requests is free. Save time, save money, and do it on your own terms. We aim to be a one stop shop for all your building materials from appliances to moisture barriers, and everything in between.
For Suppliers
Sit back and put your business on cruise control. Sign up, select which states & bid types you want to receive. Then select whether you want to be notified immediately when contractors submit bid requests, or through a daily or weekly email digest.
Responding to bids by suppliers is free during Mobuilder BETA testing, and will be very cost effective thereafter. In fact, we'll give you plenty of advanced notice about any changes and we even want to hear your thoughts on the matter.
How to use Mobuilder
Mobuilder was designed with absolute simplicity in mind. No extra frills, just the tools to get the job done. Simply sign up as a contractor or supplier to take it for a test drive, and look for the Help link at the top of each page, should you get stuck. It will open help topics relating to task at hand, not some horrible index of technobabble.
